What types of files can we use to submit our data for processing and presorting ?
You can use MS-Excel (.xls), Comma Separated Variables (.csv), Text or Tab Delimited (.txt), Dbase Database (.dbf), Access (.mdb), Lotus (.wk?), Quatro Pro (.wq1), MS-Works (.wks), and many more. We can also convert some MS-Word and some Adobe (.pdf) files. The most common format that people are using is MS-Excel with each variable data element (Name, Address, City, State, Zip) in a separate column. Files can be emailed to: fcp@directmaildp.com .
